- Print orders are final and non-refundable.
- Subscriptions are billed month-to-month and stop billing the month after cancellation.

- Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
- We can suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Gesture Dating, you agree to these Terms of Service with Say Hello Dating, LLC d/b/a Gesture Dating and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Gesture Dating.
- By using the service, you confirm you meet age and legal-capacity requirements.
- We may request verification information when needed for safety or legal compliance.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information.
- Keep your login methods secure.
- Use Gesture Dating lawfully and respectfully.
- Notify us if your account is compromised.
4. User Content and License Grant
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Say Hello Dating, LLC d/b/a Gesture Dating a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and process that content to operate, secure, and improve the service.
5. SMS and Account Verification
Gesture Dating sends text messages for account verification and account security.
- By providing your number, you agree to receive account-related texts.
- Message frequency varies based on account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- Service may vary by carrier and location.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Gesture Dating to break laws, harass others, impersonate people, spam, scam, stalk, threaten, or publish hateful or abusive content. This includes posting or sharing nudity or images that suggest hate, harm, or violence toward any person or group.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
We may review, remove, restrict, or disable content and accounts that violate these terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
8. Safety Disclosures
Gesture Dating is designed to support respectful introductions. Unless explicitly stated in writing, we do not represent that background checks are performed on all users.
9. Reporting and Escalation
Report abuse in-app where available or by email at report@gesturedating.com. For legal requests and law enforcement inquiries, contact legal@gesturedating.com. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
10. Service Availability and Liability
Gesture Dating is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
11. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds
- Print order purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis.
- If you cancel a subscription, you will not be billed in the month following your cancellation.

12. Dispute Resolution and Legal Limits
To the extent permitted by law, disputes should be raised first through support so we can attempt resolution. These terms include limitations of liability and other protections that may vary by jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in-app, by email, or both.
